Prepare angel food cake according to package directions. Cool. Remove from pan and break into small pieces. Prepare lemon pie filling according to package directions. Cool. Fold Cool Whip into lemon pie filling. Place cake pieces into large mixing bowl; add lemon/cream mixture. Mix all together. Thoroughly wash angel food pan. Spray with non-stick spray. Pack angel food mixture into pan; refrigerate overnight. Unmold and cover with whipping cream. Garnish with lemon rind.
