Large Family Seven Layer Dinner

5 large potatoes (sliced)
3 carrots (cubed)
1 large onion (sliced thinly)
1 cup of minute rice
1 pkg pork chops
2 cans tomato soup
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Salt and pepper (to taste)
In a roaster, place a layer of sliced potatoes on bottom, then place onion, carrot cubes and uncooked rice on top. Mix 1 can soup with 1 can of water and pour over in roaster. Salt and pepper pork chops to taste and place on top of in roaster. Mix the second can of soup with water and pour over pork chops. Cover and bake at 350°F for 2 hours.
