KFC Chicken Balls Wannabe’s

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
1 whole chicken, cut up
2 cups flour
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp dry mustard powder
2 tbsp accent
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp celery salt
1 tbsp pepper
4 tbsp paprika
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp basil
2 tbsp chicken seasoning spice
1/2 tsp curry powder

Sift all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Roll chicken in bowl of milk, dip into mixture and deep-fry till golden or a little crispy. This recipe calls for a lot of spices, but will make a large mixture that can be stored in a sealed container in a dry place and used again for other meals [4-6 meals]. Also works great as a change for fish. Serve with fries, mashed patatoes, or rice.
