1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee
13 oz vodka (mickey or flask)
1 1/2 tbsp rum (optional)
2 tbsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a slow boil (be careful not to boil fully). Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 min. Remove from heat and fill 40 oz bottle. Keep in cupboard.
