Homemade Chow

6 cups cabbage
3 tsp salt
6 cups onions
1 tsp curry powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp tumeric
3/4 cup flour
1 tbsp dry mustard
4 cups white vinegar
1/2 cup water

Finely chop cabbage and onion. Add vinegar and boil for 5 minutes. Add sugar and salt. Make a paste from the remaining and stir into hot pickle. Boil for 10-15 minutes. Let cool a little before bottling.
