Herb Rice

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: Under an hour
1 cup instant, long grain rice
2 large onions, chopped
3 tbsp margarine
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp savoury
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups hot water

Put rice, onion and margarine in frying pan. Cook until rice is golden brown; stirring constantly. Add water, chicken cubes, salt and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for about 40 minutes, covered. Serves 3-4.
