Hash Brown Casserole

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
1 - 2 packages hash browns (thawed)
1/2 tsp onion powder or 1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tub sour cream
1 1/3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Corn Flakes
Extra grated cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Press into baking dish. Crush 2 cups of Corn Flakes and spread over mixture. Top with extra cheese. Bake covered at 350°F for 40-60 min.
