Fruit & Nut Oatmeal in slow cooker

Total Time: Under an hour
2 cups steel cut oats (quick-
cooking or regular)
8 cups milk (substitute nut milks
for vegan oatmeal)
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
cooking or regular)
8 cups milk (substitute nut milks
for vegan oatmeal)
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients together in your crockpot and set to “low†for 8 hours (or “high†for 4 hours). Thin with more milk if needed or desired. Yield: 4-6 servings
