Fried Rice

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
2 cups Uncle Ben’s converted rice
3 1/2 cups boiling water
1/4 cup oil
3/4 pkg onion soup mix
2 tsp soya sauce

Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Take out of casserole dish and place in frying pan. Add whatever you like in your fried rice (onions, peas, mushrooms, etc.)
