Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup and 3 tbsp white sugar
1 egg
1 cup and 3 tbsp white sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F degrees and prepare one ungreased cookie sheet. Mix peanut butter, 1 cup sugar and egg in medium bowl. Roll balls of dough in 3 tbsp sugar. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
