DIY Energy Bars

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup chopped, dried apricots
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup coconut, toasted
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup maple syrup
4 tsp honey
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a bowl, combine first 7 ingredients; set aside. In another bowl, mix together maple syrup, honey, egg and butter. Stir in dry ingredients. Spread evenly on lightly greased 10" x 14" cookie sheet. Bake 15 min. Cool and cut into about 16 bars.
