Dirt Pie

1 pkg oreo cookies
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 small pkg vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 small tub frozen whipped topping, thawed

Crush all oreo cookies and set aside. Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar until smooth and fold in cool whip. Mix pudding, milk and vanilla until thick. Mix together cream cheese and pudding mixtures in a large bowl. Layer 1/2 of the cookie crumbs, all of the mixture, then top with remaining crumbs. Chill in fridge for 1 day or freeze for 2-3 hours.
