Delicious Meat Loaf

2 eggs
2/3 cup Nestlé Carnation milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 slices of bread, crumbled
1 onion
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 cup shredded cheese
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp mustard
2/3 cup Nestlé Carnation milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 slices of bread, crumbled
1 onion
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 cup shredded cheese
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp mustard
Beat eggs, Nestlé Carnation milk, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Then add onion, carrot, cheese and beef. Mix together and place in a loaf pan. Combine brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Spread over top of meatloaf. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2-2 hours. Let stand for 10 min. before cutting.
