Curried-Orange Chicken

2 lbs chicken breasts, skinless
2 tbsp flour
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp margarine
3/4 cup orange juice
1 orange, peeled and sectioned
2 tsp curry powder
1 cup honey
2 tbsp prepared mustard

Toss chicken breasts with seasoned flour and brown in margarine over medium-high heat. Place in a baking dish, boneside up. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cover and bake at 350F for 1 hour. Makes 4 - 6 servings.
