Crisp Cheese-Topped Potatoes

4 medium potatoes
2 tbsp melted butter
dash of salt
1 1/2 cups old cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups Corn Flakes, crushed
dash of paprika

dash of paprika
Wash potatoes and slice 1/4-inch thick; toss potato slices in melted butter. Place slices slightly overlapping on foil-lined, greased baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Top with crushed cereal and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Return to oven and bake for additional 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serves 6.
