1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup butter (softened)
2 cups icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp milk (if necessary to spread evenly)

Beat cream cheese into softened butter in a medium size bowl with a mixer, then beat in icing sugar with vanilla. (add milk if necessary to make spreading easier).
