Cranberry Muffins

3/4 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/4 cup orange juice
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
2 tsp grated orange rind
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Stir together salad dressing, orange juice, eggs and berries. In a larger bowl combine remaining ingredients. Stir wet mixture into dry ingredients. Fill paper-lined muffin cups with batter. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 12 muffins.
