Cranberry & Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups oats
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F. Cream together butter and both sugars until smooth. Add vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, scraping after each addition. Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet. Stir in oats. Add cranberries and chocolate chips, and mix together. Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Yield: 2-3 dozen, depending on size.
