Crab Apple Crisp

4 cups peeled and sliced crab apples

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp flour

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 1/2 tablespoons butter

Spread the sliced apples on the bottom of a baking dish (8 × 8). Blend sugar and flour, rolled oats, spices and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle this blend over the apple slices. Bake at 375°F for 30 min.
