Cornucopia Sandwiches

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
2 slices bread
1/2 cup chicken, egg or ham salad Sandwich spread

Trim crusts and flatten bread with a rolling pin. Cover bread in layer of sandwich spread (e.g. mayonnaise or mustard). Spread salad filling not quite to edges of bread and roll each slice into a cone, keeping one end open. Fasten each with a toothpick and refrigerate for tomorrow’s packed lunch.
