Coconut Cream Pie Filling

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
2 cups fresh milk
2 cups hot water
1 cup sugar
3 tsp coconut flavoring
3 or 4 tbsp cornstach

Bring all ingredients, except cornstarch, to boil. Thicken with cornstarch and water, let cool a little and pour filling into cooled pie crust. Spread cool whip on top and sprinkle with coconut.
