Coconut Cream Pie

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: Under an hour
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
2 tsp coconut extract
1/2 cup water mixed with 4 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup coconut
Nutri Whip

Put the 5 top ingredients in a saucepan, place on stove and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and add coconut, stir well. Set aside and let cool long enough to bake a pie shell. Then pour into baked pie shell and place in refrigerator to set. Mix 1/2 box of Nutri Whip until creamy, then place on top of completely set pie. Sprinkle top of whip with coconut.
