Chocolate Zucchini Cake

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 eggs

3 1/2 cups grated zucchini

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 9" x 13" baking pan. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add the eggs and oil, mix well. Fold in zucchini. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a knife inserted into the centre comes out clean. Cool cake completely before cutting into squares and serving.
