Chicken Puffs

1 pkg Pillsbury Crescent dough
1/3 cup red pepper, finely chopped
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 chicken breasts (fully cooked)
125g pkg cream cheese

In medium saucepan, sauté onions and red pepper in olive oil. Add chicken, cooking until browned. Remove from heat and mix in cream cheese. Remove dough from package. Do not separate dough; simply roll into thin layer. Cut approx. 20 squares. Drop heaping teaspoon of chicken mixture onto each square. Fold corners over diagonally and twist them together until dough is secure. Place each chicken puff on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350°F until browned; approx. 10-12 min. Serve right from the oven.
