Cherry-Lime Martini

30 frozen cherries
1 oz vermouth
4 oz vodka
1 oz lime juice
1/2 tsp lime zest
Rim Coating
1 tbsp lime zest
3 tbsp sugar
1 oz vermouth
4 oz vodka
1 oz lime juice
1/2 tsp lime zest

1 tbsp lime zest
3 tbsp sugar
Blend all the drink ingredients on high in a blender, until cherries are liquefied. Moisten the glass rim and roll/dip in mixture of zest and sugar. Strain the drink into the rimmed glass. Yield: 2 drinks
