Cabbage Rolls

12-15 cabbage leaves, par cooked to soften
2 lbs ground turkey
2 eggs
1 cup cooked rice
3/4 cup onion, diced
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup green peppers, diced
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all the ingredients together, excluding cabbage leaves, ensuring they are thoroughly combined. Divide the mixture evenly amongst the leaves and roll them up starting at the root end, being sure to tuck in the sides as you roll. Place cabbage rolls in a glass baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature is 165F. Serve with your favourite tomato-based sauce. Yield: 12-15 rolls
