Broccoli Salad

1 1/2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp slivered almonds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cut into small pieces

Mix everything together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
