3/4 oz brandy
3/4 oz creme de cacao
3/4 oz table cream
1 whole nutmeg (grated to decorate)
3/4 oz creme de cacao
3/4 oz table cream

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and pour in the brandy and creme de cacao. Add the table cream and shake for 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a small wine glass and grate nutmeg over the top.
