Blueberry Parcels

1 cup fresh blueberries
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch of salt
1 pkg Pilsbury crescent rolls
Philadelphia original whipped cream cheese
1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine blueberries, cornstarch, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Roll out the crescent roll dough into 4 rectangles (press together perforations). Spread a dollop of cream cheese on each rectangle and top with 1/4 cup blueberries. Fold opposite corners to meet each other and press them together to seal. Brush tops with egg wash. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 11-13 minutes until browned.
Makes 4 parcels.
