Blueberry Grunt

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
4 cups blueberries
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp butter

Cook 4 cups blueberries with 1/2 cup sugar in pot on stovetop. Meanwhile mix dumpling batter consisting of the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, milk and butter; drop from a tablespoon into hot blueberry mixture and let boil about 10 minutes watching not to let it stick to pan bottom. Very good with whipped cream on top of individual servings.
