Blueberry Cheesecake Squares

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
1/2 cup butter (melted)
2 cups graham crumbs
2 (250 g) pkgs cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup sugar
2 lg eggs
1 tsp vanilla
250 g jar blueberry jam
1 cup blueberries

Mix together crumbs and butter, press firmly into baking dish. Spread with jam and sprinkle with berries. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, eggs and vanilla, beating until well blended. Spread over berry mixture. Bake for 30 mins. at 350F F or until slightly "puffed" and light brown. Let cool. (You may use any combination of jam and berries. Add 1/4 cup more sugar for partridgeberries.)
