Blanc Mange

1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar, or to taste
Dash of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla flavouring
2 tablespoons corn starch

Bring milk, water, salt and sugar to a boil. Add vanilla. Thicken with corn starch mixed in a little cold water. Pour into a mould or bowl and refrigerate until set. Enjoy!
