Moose Smash Burger with a Partridge Berry Chutney. ![]()
Moose patty:
1lb of ground moose
1/2 cup of thinly sliced bacon
small yellow onion (grated with the juice)
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs soaked in half & half
salt and pepper to taste. Mix all together, form into equal size balls and place in the refrigerator for 30 mins before cooking.
Cooking instructions:
Burger Assembly: - Take your burger bun and assemble them with moose patty- caramelized onion mayo - moose patty - Partridgeberry chutney - top bun. Any of the ingredients can be customized to your liking! Enjoy!
