1 pkg devil's food cake mix
2 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tsp butter
1/4 cup milk
1 cup icing sugar

Combine cake mix, eggs, pie filling and vanilla in large bowl. Spread in a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 min. Cool. Put chips, butter and milk in saucepan. Heat until chips are melted. Add sugar. Spread over baked bottom. Cut into 60 squares when cool.
