Banana Cranberry Muffins

1 cup whipped salad dressing
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
3/4 cup sugar
Drop(s) of almond flavouring (to taste)
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 375F. Add first four ingredients to a bowl and beat well. Add flour, salt, baking soda and cranberries, and mix well. Fill greased or lined muffin pan with batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the centre of muffin comes out clean. Makes 12 muffins.
