Baked Trout with Lemon Sauce

2 trout fillets
1⁄4 tsp salt, to taste
1⁄4 tsp pepper, to taste
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Lemon Sauce:
1⁄4 cup butter, melted
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced

Line baking sheet with foil and place trout on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, green onions and parsley. In a bowl, combine all ingredients for lemon sauce and then pour sauce over trout. Bake at 375°F for 20 - 25 minutes. Baste with sauce during cooking.
