Baked Stuffed Lobster

2 lobsters (1 1⁄2 lbs each)
1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
4 cups cracker crumbs
Lobster tomalley (liver)
1 1⁄2 cups butter or margarine, melted
1⁄2 tsp garlic powder

Lobster tomalley (liver)
1 1⁄2 cups butter or margarine, melted
In large bowl, mix melted butter with cracker crumbs and garlic powder. Split the lobsters down the centre and remove the stomach and vein. Save the tomalley (liver) and add to cracker crumb mixture. Stuff lobsters with cracker mixture. Bake in a casserole dish for 20 minutes at 450°F.
