Baked Salmon with Pecan Coating

2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp butter, melted
4 tsp honey
1⁄4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1⁄4 cup pecans, finely chopped
2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
4 salmon fillets or steaks (4 - 6 oz each)

Mix together mustard, butter and honey in a small bowl; set aside. Combine breadcrumbs, pecans and parsley in a small bowl; set aside. Season each salmon fillet or steak with salt and pepper. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush each fillet or steak with mustard-honey mixture. Spread and pat breadcrumb mixture onto salmon. Bake at 400°F for 10 min. per inch of thickness, or until salmon flakes when tested with a fork.
