Bakeapple Crumble

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cups cold butter
1 1/2 cups sweetened bakeapples or bakeapple jam

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8" pan. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and oats. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Spread half the mixture into the bottom of pan and then spread with bakeapples or jam. Cover with remaining mixture and gently press down. Bake 30 min. or until the crumble is golden brown.
