Avocado Ice Cream

3 avocados, peeled and pitted
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
3 1/2 tbsp lime juice
1 1/4 cups coconut milk, full fat
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 tsp salt

Blend all ingredients in a blender until perfectly smooth. Chill mixture for at least 4 hours. Churn in an ice cream machine, as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Makes 8 servings.
