Asian Stirfry

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
1 tbsp olive oil
2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg frozen or fresh mixed
stir-fry vegetables (2 cups)
1/2 cup water
1 yellow pepper, cubed
1 red pepper, cubed
1/2 cup VH Asian 5 Spices sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
2 cups cooked white rice

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until browned. Add garlic and onion. Continue frying for five minutes. Add in mixed vegetables, water and peppers. Once vegetables have started to cook, add Asian 5 Spices and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly. Stir in cooked rice and serve.
