The Expo Committee aims to offer the most variety possible to the best of their ability and they may limit the number of overall exhibitor spaces allocated to any particular company, brand, product or service. Please be advised that this is an application to participate in Downhome Expo 2026. Once reviewed an account manager will be in touch to let you know if your business has been approved. A contract will be emailed to you for final details and payment.

Please be aware that when animals are given permission by the Expo Committee to attend the Downhome Expo, they must remain in their booth unless coming/going from the venue, outdoor breaks or if they are a therapy or service animal.

Larger displays will be scheduled for set-up on Wednesday, May 6th before the show. If you're booth display is required to be set-up early, a team member will be in touch to schedule a time. Forklift services are available upon request for large displays.

Choose Your Space

Booth spaces and Marketplace spaces are located in different areas of the arena and are for different types of businesses. Please read below before selecting your space size.

Booth Exhibitors

Booth spaces are located on the main show room floor (where ice would normally be). Standard booth sizes include 8' deep x 10' wide and 10' deep x 10' wide. Custom sized booths can be discussed with your account manager at time of booking. All booth spaces include pipe & drape, 120 volt, 15 amp receptacle; access to exhibitor lounge with complimentary tea/coffee & water, listing in show guide, on downhomeexpo.com, free exhibitor parking and name badges with lanyards. It's recommended that exhibitors provide their own floor and table coverings for comfort and presentation. Tables and chairs are available upon request during set-up hours. The Expo Committee makes every effort to provide a variety of businesses/products/services at each show. Exclusivity is not offered unless discussed with your account manager at time of booking. If your application is not accepted due to a category being filled, you may opt to be placed on our waiting list.

Marketplace Exhibitors

Marketplace spaces are located on level three; at the top of the stands (5' deep x 8' wide) and in the hospitality room (5' deep x 7' wide). All marketplace spaces include one six foot table and two chairs, access to exhibitor lounge for complimentary tea/coffee & water, listing in show guide, on downhomeexpo.com, free exhibitor parking and name badges with lanyards. Marketplace spaces at the top of the stands include pipe & drape on the back of spaces. Pipe & drape is not included for Marketplace spaces in the hospitality room. Marketplace spaces are reserved for small home based businesses, artists, creators, photographers, authors, food vendors, clothing, accessories, home decor and in some cases not-for-profit organizations. The Expo Committee makes every effort to create the most variety in the marketplace and limit the amount of each kind of business/product/service in the marketplace. Exclusivity is not offered unless discussed with your account manager at time of booking. If your application is not accepted due to a category being filled, you can opt to be placed on a waiting list.

Early booking rates only apply to booth spaces and are available until December 31st, 2025. Applications must be submitted before this date to be eligible for early booking rates. After this date, regular booking rates apply. Please be aware that corner spaces for booths and marketplace are limited and may not be available at the time your application is received. If this is the case, our team will be in touch to discuss availability of spaces. Specific placement is not guaranteed unless discussed with your account manager at time of booking. When your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a contract. Once your contract is signed/dated, returned to us and 25% deposit paid, you'll be placed on the floorplan and exhibitor list on downhomeexpo.com. If you require a custom size space, an account manager will be in touch to discuss before your application is approved.
