This photo is part of an end-of-life photoshoot I took of my daughter and her soul kitty, Puss.
Puss was by her side as a constant since she was very young. She helped her through losing her pop, her great uncle, her nanny B and two great nans. So much loss for a girl her age. So much pain and heartache and without puss I’m not sure her heart would’ve moved on.
Puss was there on those late night cramming study sessions, My girl used to always rush home from school to get to her or when she went away on volleyball tournaments. There when she needed someone to talk to or just cuddle.
Last Friday, Sept.6/2025, her puss crossed the rainbow bridge and took my daughter's heart with her.
Who will be that constant healer for her now as the kind of bond and love they had was a once in a lifetime kind. And now, into her senior year things are gonna get tough, and without a doubt she’ll long for her Puss.
Animals truly are the most amazing souls.
