Unconscious Tempest
Mind shadows deep, with silence screams,
A heavy weight, unraveling seams.
Chest tightens, a vice in cruel embrace,
Thoughts scatter, lost in an endless race.
Walls close in, a tightening ring,
A world once bright now feels like a sting.
Breath comes fast, a desperate flight,
In the grip of panic, fading light.
Tears spill over, unbidden, uncontrolled,
A heart in turmoil, feeling so cold.
Shaking hands grasp at fleeting peace,
But the storm rages on, seeking release.
Caught in this whirlwind, a tempest of fear,
Each moment stretches, the end drawing near.
Yet in the chaos,
a whisper may break—
Breathe in the darkness, for hope still can wake.
