The Twine Loft
My parents used to be in the dart leagues held there
I remember them getting all dressed up for the dance each year
One year my mother wore this gorgeous silver dress
I've never seen anyone or a dress as beautiful since I confess
Dad told me he dressed me up one time in my mom's shoes and clothes
And brought me to Mom's dart night as a joke I suppose
During a political rally Brian Peckford arrived by helicopter for a meet and greet
With an impression such as that he couldn't be beat
It was another nice local that's gone as well
Will ever another open I wonder, you never can tell!
