The Maritimers Annual Dart Invitational, better known as the Mandi Tournament, was held in Fort McMurray, Alberta from April 18th - 20th. The Skipper Billy Award went to this 74-year-old woman, who came dressed as Rambo and was the talk of the tournament because of her fun-loving nature. Sly Stallone, eat your heart out. Our rambo also won the ladies High Break scoring 110. This lady is none other than Effie Pope, formerly from Botwood, Newfoundland. Effie has been living in Fort Mcmurray for the past two years and she will be celebrating her 75th birthday on August 27th.
