Memories of a Wonderful Sister

Memories of a Wonderful Sister

First you were a daughter, then a sister of five. You were not only my sister but my best friend. You were always there beside me even after you married Lloyd we were neighbors. We raised our children together and you always said you had six kids. We talked first thing in the mornings and to bed every night and several times in between, doing our downhomer puzzles and if I cracked the code first, you would say don't tell me another word. It was very hard to lose you, especially at such a young age. You struggled for 12 years and not once did you complain. You knew you would meet Jesus and you wanted to. It's so lonely here without you and you are missed by all, I always keep in touch with your family as I promised you I would. Kennedy, Mahalla and Luke miss their Nanny so much too and now you have a 4th grandchild on the way. Its already been a year since you have passed my dear Maxine and it feels like you just left us. You died like you lived always putting everyone first. I am so glad you got to see Elton John in Newfoundland, your life long dream, and you even made it on the NTV news. You got to go back to Bay-de-Verde your old homestead and got to sleep one last time in your mothers bed. You will never be forgotten .. Memories of our Childhood, We shared and treasured. A special friendship, one cannot measure. A love that is always, deep and true. These are my feelings , My SISTER for you. Rest in Peace Maxine I love you Beulah. xoxo It will be a year Feb 17, 2010 that my dear sister passed.   Submitted By: Beulah Blundon
