Daisy May Starkes born on July 19 1924,She lost her mom at the younge age of 4 yrs old. She couldn't ever remember getting a doll for christmas. She turned 98 in 2022 and received her first doll for christmas she named her Julia after her mother. She is an avid quilter on an old footpedal singer sewing machine.She also goes to bingo three nights a week.She still lives in her own apartment in a seniors complex. She still goes out with her worker to do her own grocery shopping.Being the oldest resident of New Wes Valley she is still very witty and has a great sense of humor.   Submitted By: Darlene Hubley-Kean
