I am writing looking for information on my mother's side of the family, for my grandson. My mother was born in Joe Batt's Arm, Fogo Island, NL. Her name was Hilda Decker. Her father's name was Alfred Decker and her mother's name was Cecilia (her maiden name was Morgan from Durrells Arm, Twillingate, NL.) Cecelia's father's name was James Morgan and her mother's name was Susannah (maiden name Slade). I am looking for information about where they were born and when, and where they are laid to rest.
