I placed an ad with the Downhome a couple of months ago and had a reply from a cousin I haven't seem or heard from in 60 years. Through that connection I have connected with another cousin, and of course I now find out about all their children and grandchildren, relatives I didn't know existed until now, so the Downhome is still connecting family and friends that have drifted apart over the years, seperated by miles and countries.
